Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at Dakota Fluid Power. As an ideal candidate, you will have experience in fluid power sales and be proficient in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and expand our presence in the market.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fluid power sales.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
