Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development with a focus on healthcare automation.
  2. Healthcare API Knowledge: In-depth experience with healthcare APIs such as HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835, and other relevant data exchange standards.
  3. RCM Automation: Proven experience in automating complex workflows within the healthcare revenue cycle, including eligibility, claims processing, payments, and denials management.
  4. Integration Skills: Experience integrating with third-party healthcare software (EHR/EMR systems, billing software, etc.).
  5. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex data and workflow scenarios.
  6. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Azure cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  2. Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics in RCM processes.
