Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure patient safety on the night shift. You will be responsible for assessing and monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, documenting patient progress and care plans, educating patients and families on health management, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and document patient progress and care plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and provide high-quality care.
- Educational Role: Educate patients and families on health management and promote healthy practices.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current PA RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Previous experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
