Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate hourly theatre associates to ensure excellent guest service and achieve company objectives.
  • Lead daily theatre operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and scheduling.

Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Supervisory experience in a high-volume movie theatre, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College coursework in Business Management and Marketing.
  • Food handling licenses as required by local/state laws.
