Job Summary:

The Hardware Puller is responsible for accurately and promptly pulling and staging outgoing orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Accurately pull and stage outgoing orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including forklift operation and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a warehouse environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet and humid conditions, and potential electrical shock. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting is essential.
