Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians to provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policies.
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to team members.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Valid California driver's license with less than two minor moving violations.
