As the Senior Director of Women and Children's Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the Women's and Children's Services department, including Labor and Delivery, Mom/Baby, NICU, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and High-Risk Pediatrics. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth delivery of services, manage administrative and fiscal functions, and lead a team of healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement business plans and services development objectives
  • Collaborate with department and hospital leadership teams, physicians, and outside agencies
  • Manage personnel, marketing, and purchasing/acquisitions

Requirements:


  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration required
  • Minimum 4 years progressive management/business experience
  • Three to five years acute care experience in L&D
