Position: Cable and Internet Technician - Independent Contractor

Requirements: Must possess a truck, van, or SUV capable of carrying necessary equipment.

Ideal Candidate:

Lightspeed Construction Group is on the lookout for a dependable Cable Installation Technician to enhance our workforce. While prior experience is not mandatory, familiarity with electrical systems or cable technology is advantageous.

About Us:
Lightspeed Construction Group collaborates with Spectrum Cable, providing Independent Contractors for cable installations for both new and existing customers.

Position Summary:
If you are dedicated, customer-focused, and enjoy hands-on work, we would like to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain cable services for customers
  • Diagnose and resolve cable network issues
  • Ensure all cables are organized and secured in compliance with safety standards
  • Complete necessary documentation including timesheets and service orders

Qualifications for Success:

  • No prior experience required - training will be provided
  • Availability to work between 8 AM and 6 PM for at least five days a week
  • Willingness to work some weekends and holidays
  • Must have a suitable vehicle (in good condition and painted one color)
  • Clean driving history
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
  • Positive attitude is essential

What We Offer:

  • Independent contractor position (1099)
  • Hands-on training provided
  • Untaxed earnings (tax responsibility lies with the contractor)
  • Potential earnings of $2000-$2600+ bi-weekly, based on performance

Note: Training will be conducted at a designated location, with weekly visits required thereafter for supplies.
