  • Reconcile medications for patients across the continuum of care
  • Ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapies
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharmacy)
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in Minnesota
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) training and certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • PharmD degree and pediatric residency experience
  • Prior experience in pediatrics or hospital settings
