About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve their sales skills and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement operational plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all sales associates are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Partner with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and develop sales associates.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
