Job Overview: The Regional Loss Prevention Agent plays a crucial role in identifying, reporting, and addressing issues related to theft and asset loss in alignment with company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform surveillance activities to identify both internal and external theft, managing incidents in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Execute regular inspections of the premises to ensure physical security and safeguard assets.
  • Oversee closed-circuit television systems, if applicable.
  • Uphold company policies regarding security and loss prevention practices.
  • Conduct daily audits of stores.
  • Carry out employee interviews solely when directed by the Director of Security and Loss Prevention.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary and provide updates on case outcomes.
  • Notify the Store Director and Director of Security and Loss Prevention of any policy breaches.
  • Maintain and submit all required documentation, including apprehension reports, audits, and weekly summaries.
  • Document hours worked and mileage reimbursement accurately.
  • Exemplify professionalism and set a standard for all associates.
  • Adhere to and enforce all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
