16. Manage and evaluate the performance of division staff, providing coaching and support as needed.
17. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold industry standards.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of progressive experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, including program management and engineering management.
- Proven experience in staff management, risk assessment, and value engineering.
