About the Role

MWH Constructors is seeking an ERP Administrator to support our ERP system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration and reliable performance of the ERP system, assisting the Senior ERP Administrator. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving any ERP-related software, user access, and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and configuration of all test, development, and production environments
  • User access administration and security assignment to projects and specific functions
  • General user support of the ERP system and related third-party applications
  • Troubleshooting and resolving ERP IT issues via phone, web, and in-person channels
  • Administering support requests using a ticket entry system
  • Following up on help requests and IT support tickets related to the system and ensuring resolution
  • Testing system upgrades and patches with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Involvement in assessing the impact of change requests
  • Participating in internal and external system audits
  • User documentation: creating and maintaining system documentation and user guides

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in technology, computer science, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, and training
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support role
  • Excellent customer service and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize, analyze, and troubleshoot issues
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite/Microsoft M365 Platform

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IT customer support experience
  • Basic SQL and report writing skills
  • Basic experience administering ERP applications
  • Basic system audit experience

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The anticipated hourly rate for this position is between $100,000 to $125,000 yearly, based on experience
