Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services.
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Perform minor repairs to doors, fixtures, and furniture to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Monitor and record information from meters and gauges to verify operating conditions.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure efficient operation.
  • Regularly replace HVAC air filters to maintain indoor air quality.
  • Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to prevent hazards.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies using hand trucks or manual labor.
  • Mow and trim lawns and shrubbery using mowers and hand and power trimmers; clear debris.
  • Notify managers about the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  • Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas to ensure safe access.
  • Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events.
  • Perform ad-hoc cleaning of building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming; gather and empty trash; service, clean, and supply restrooms.
  • Drive vehicles required to perform work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license may be required.
