Industrial Manufacturing Equipment Operator

Main Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate plastic extrusion machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to control factors such as speed, temperature, and pressure.
- Inspect extruded products for defects and take corrective measures as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machine operation or plastics processing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in plastic extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
