KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess customer rental requirements and promote upgrades to premium vehicles, highlighting optional features that enhance their experience.
  • Clarify rental terms with customers to ensure comprehension of rates, return schedules, optional fees, and additional services.
  • Address inquiries, provide directions, and share local insights.
  • Resolve customer service challenges fairly to foster loyalty.
  • Deliver exceptional service in all customer interactions.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness (washing, detailing, vacuuming, refueling) and prepare for subsequent rentals.
  • Execute other assigned tasks to support business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
  • Employment is contingent upon passing a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • Ability to handle stressful or unusual situations while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
