  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including sellers, co-developers, and project coordinators.
  • Manage invoice processing and coding.
  • Track expenses accurately in accordance with development budgets.
  • Participate in City Council and Planning Commission meetings related to ongoing projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of financing applications for various funding sources.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in financial pro formas and data entry for relevant applications.

  • Address inquiries from local, state, federal, and private funding entities.
  • Lead due diligence efforts for loan closings and grant disbursements.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and document discussions.
  • Handle filings with the Secretary of State for business entities.
  • Interpret organizational documents to develop clear organizational structures.
  • Review and prepare necessary documentation for ownership agreements.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in affordable housing development.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the field.
