Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary site assessments, focusing on zoning regulations, density, and available amenities.
- Monitor critical timelines and due diligence processes for property acquisitions.
- Oversee project schedules and provide regular updates to the team through structured meetings and tracking systems.
- Request proposals from external consultants and development teams for management review.
- Supervise third-party consultants, design teams, and contractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including sellers, co-developers, and project coordinators.
- Manage invoice processing and coding.
- Track expenses accurately in accordance with development budgets.
- Participate in City Council and Planning Commission meetings related to ongoing projects.
- Assist in the preparation of financing applications for various funding sources.
- Demonstrate proficiency in financial pro formas and data entry for relevant applications.
- Prepare materials for financing and NOFA responses.
- Address inquiries from local, state, federal, and private funding entities.
- Lead due diligence efforts for loan closings and grant disbursements.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and document discussions.
- Handle filings with the Secretary of State for business entities.
- Interpret organizational documents to develop clear organizational structures.
- Review and prepare necessary documentation for ownership agreements.

- Comprehensive knowledge of affordable housing and real estate development processes.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in affordable housing development.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the field.
