As a Clinical Staff Nurse I, you will demonstrate essential leadership capabilities for assigned patients, fostering collaboration with various departments while initiating proactive strategies in the execution of care plans. You will also serve as a mentor to nursing staff and support personnel, while receiving guidance from more experienced nurses and the Patient Care Coordinator.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEA minimum of one year of nursing experience is essential. Completion of required courses in alignment with the American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider standards is mandatory. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONA valid nursing license issued by the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Texas is necessary for practice as a registered nurse. Additionally, possession of a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card is required.
