Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ICU RN to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a critical care nurse specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Assess patients' conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
  • 2+ years of experience as an ICU RN
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
