Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Portland, Oregon.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with critical and complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and recommend treatment plans
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical conditions
  • Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
  • Perform timely and accurate documentation
  • Promote continuous quality improvement
  • Teach and counsel patients and families
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • Maintain current CPR or BCLS certification
  • BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
