Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Health Advocates Network - Midwest. As a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week contract position, working 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent acute care experience and be certified in PICU and NICU. A current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in the applicable state (OR) is required, along with American Heart Association BLS and PALS for Health Care Providers, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including respiratory therapy and patient assessment
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
