We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at North Star Chevrolet. This full-time position offers an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
Responsibilities:- Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and manufacturers to resolve claim discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, payments, and related documentation.
- Review and audit warranty claims to identify potential fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure warranty repairs are completed promptly.
- Monitor and report on warranty claims performance metrics and implement solutions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in warranty administration within the auto industry is necessary.
- Knowledge of manufacturer and dealership warranty policies and procedures is essential.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software is necessary.
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential.
