Physician Director of Medical Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Director of Medical Operations to join our team at Concentra. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading clinical teams focused on delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and drive business growth
- Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze key clinical and financial metrics to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, payers, and referral sources
- Board certification in Occupational Medicine or other primary care specialty
- Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction
- Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum five years of directly applicable experience, including relevant clinical and supervisory experience
- Preferred three years of experience in managed care, physician management, and occupational/preventive medicine consulting with employer groups
