Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and calibrations on medical equipment to ensure it meets manufacturer specifications.
  • Update work orders with accurate information and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain relationships with manufacturers to stay up-to-date on device software and calibration procedures.
  • Perform physical inventory cycle counts and ensure the safe movement of products in the service center.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in medical field, distribution, or inventory management preferred.
  • Ability to accurately perform mathematical calculations, communicate effectively, and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, email transmission, and internet navigation.
  • Ability to lift up to 60lbs and work in a warehouse and office environment.
