The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Supermarket Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team in Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with our team to repair, install, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service calls, scheduled maintenance, and repairs for refrigeration and mechanical equipment.
  • Perform diagnostics to detect malfunctions and defects in equipment.
  • Install and braze equipment.
  • Troubleshoot to ensure the system is functioning properly following repairs.
  • Learn and perform proper service practices.
  • Effectively communicate and update all information regarding assignments to the team.
  • Assist in building service area and region.
  • Provide own basic tools for the trade.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers or clients.
  • Perform other duties as required, including working in other departments.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • EPA Certification: Universal.
  • 2-4 years of experience in servicing supermarkets or warehouse refrigeration racks.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel within Georgia.
  • Excellent communication skills (read/write/speak).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Brazing experience.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
