Donor Safety and Medical Qualification Coordinator

Job Opportunity
KEDPLASMA USA offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled medical professional to join their team as a Physician Substitute.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine donor suitability through thorough medical evaluations and review of accumulated data
- Explain informed consents for plasmapheresis and immunization to donors, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Perform physical examinations for donors and monitor for potential adverse reactions
- Administer immunizations following DCOP's and manufacturers' instructions, monitoring responses and providing appropriate counseling as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation on donor charts and ensure timely notification of positive viral marker testing results
Requirements
- Current licensure in the state where the center operates
- Excellent patient/donor assessment skills and ability to manage emergency situations
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide clear explanations and respond to donor questions and concerns
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive estimated salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
