**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Purchasing and selling vehicles through live and online auctions to optimize inventory and revenue.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the used car department, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Appraising vehicles on various makes and models to determine accurate market values.
  • Ensuring all necessary paperwork and certifications are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining up-to-date web pricing and vehicle descriptions with high-quality photos to showcase our inventory.
  • Dispatching and approving used vehicles in Service to ensure timely and efficient processing.
  • Overseeing the reconditioning process for used and wholesale vehicles to meet our high standards.
  • Collaborating with sales consultants to provide expert advice and guidance on vehicle selection to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Working closely with the Finance and Service Departments to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in used car sales and/or management.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
  • Proven sales management experience and skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Consistent follow-up and follow-through on tasks and responsibilities.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing, including MVR and drug screening.
  • Must have experience using dealership management software and other relevant tools.
