- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and any special requests, while promoting hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, coordinating with relevant authorities as necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns and ensure readiness of rooms.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including running reports and updating guest folios.
- Support other team members in achieving high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
