Job Overview

INX International Ink Co. is seeking a highly skilled Inplant Ink Production Worker to join our team on 3rd shift at our customer's site. As a key liaison between INX and the customer, you will be responsible for various functions, including making ink, performing color matching, blending inks, managing the ink schedule and inventory, estimating jobs, and performing on-press trouble shooting.

Responsibilities
  • Perform color matching and blending inks to meet customer specifications
  • Manage the ink schedule and inventory to ensure efficient production
  • Estimate jobs and provide accurate quotes to customers
  • Perform on-press trouble shooting to resolve issues and ensure high-quality prints
Requirements
  • 3 years of ink field experience
  • Experience with Xrite software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs (MS Office) and other computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
  • Color vision test
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing an ink room
  • Previous experience in the ink industry
  • Reliability and ability to work weekends if needed
