Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented CNC Operator to join our team, specializing in the setup and operation of CNC machinery to manufacture high-precision components primarily for the aerospace and defense sectors. The ideal candidate will work with equipment such as Haas, Mori Seiki, and 5-axis Okumas, utilizing materials like Titanium, Stainless Steel, and other advanced materials. This position requires strict adherence to tolerances and managing components typically no larger than the size of a hand.

Work Schedule:
  • 1st Shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
Required Skills:

  • CNC Lathe operation
  • CNC Milling
  • Blueprint interpretation
Additional Qualifications:

4-5 years of relevant experience in CNC machining.

This position is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for permanent placement based on performance.
