Position Overview : CNC Operators are highly skilled technicians, capable of working with exceptional focus and accuracy. Adherence to safety protocols is crucial, and a sharp eye for detail along with strong mechanical skills are vital attributes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Utilize hands to operate tools or controls

· Engage in repetitive tasks

· Possess vision (with or without assistance) to identify small objects at close range

· Maintain prolonged standing or sitting positions

· Lift materials weighing up to 25lbs

Duties Include:

· Retrieve CNC programs

· Set up machinery and manufacture components

· Install equipment or attachments on machinery or related structures

· Interpret job traveler instructions, technical drawings, and setup diagrams

· Measure and document products or materials to ensure quality control

· Monitor machinery operation to identify issues

· Operate hand tools; adjust production equipment/machinery setup

· Load or unload materials onto machinery

· Maintain cleanliness of equipment or machinery

· Follow Procedures and Work Instructions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions and directions

Proficiency in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English

Capability to interpret blueprints

Knowledge of 1/1000-, 1/100-, and 1/10-inch measurements

Familiarity with G and M codes

· Ensure accuracy in counting and comparisons

· Strong communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving results

· Basic mathematical skills for daily calculations

· Positive attitude, team-oriented, with manufacturing/CNC experience, and cleanroom exposure

· High school diploma, GED, or five (5) years of relevant work experience
