Career Opportunity: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Crown Staffing - Louisville Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitor residents' health and safety, responding promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
  • Participate in or lead life enrichment activities, engaging residents in meaningful interactions and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in resident suites and common areas, and assist with continence management, laundry, and meal service.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nurse's Aid certification required.
  • High School diploma/GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
