Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our team at Rolling Hills Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies.
About the Role:As a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal and nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Facilitating and conducting activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
- Maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
- Assisting residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Responding to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligibility to enter such a program and graduate within 120 days of employment.
- An understanding of resident care procedures and standards.
- The ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
