Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Coordinator to join our team at Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. in the Ellisville, MS area. As a Safety Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety, and Environmental management.
  • Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation in compliance with company procedures, applicable laws, and regulations, including preparing reports.
  • Work with a collaborative team to provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management.
  • Administer, maintain, and train on HSE programs such as LOTO, Hazard Communication, EAP, Hearing Conservation, Hot Work, Respiratory Protection, etc.
  • Observe and model the safe culture, adhering to all safety requirements, and proactively working with leaders and employees to promote a Safety-First culture.
Requirements
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5 years of related experience.
  • Associate Degree in Occupational, Health & Safety sciences or 2 years' experience in an Environmental, Health and Safety position preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional Organizational skills.
  • Technical writing experience preferred.
