O&M Field Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled O&M Field Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of our water and wastewater systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facilities, as well as maintaining regulatory compliance and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants, including wells and storage facilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement safety protocols to protect employees and the environment.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5-7 years of experience in maintenance and operations of water and wastewater systems preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
