Role Overview

We are in search of an experienced Lead AI Solutions Engineer to spearhead the creation of AI-driven products at Fora. You will collaborate with diverse teams to actualize innovative concepts and create significant value for our clientele.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and upkeep of AI-driven products
  • Work in conjunction with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize projects
  • Develop and enhance data pipelines that support AI initiatives
  • Improve existing AI products using advanced models and methodologies
  • Manage the assessment process for AI solutions

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in software development
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning
  • Demonstrated success in developing and deploying AI products
  • Expertise in constructing production-level data pipelines
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Python and Typescript
  • Familiarity with various prompt engineering strategies

Compensation and Perks

  • Salary Range: $150-185k + equity
