Mental Health Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Denton County, TX. As a Mental Health RN, you will provide care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a campus-based residential setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide complex nursing care to clients in the mental health clinics
  • Assess clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring effective outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Train and mentor others as needed
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in good standing with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
  • Valid Texas driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance
  • Ability to perform PMAB and CPR
  • Three years of previous nursing experience and three years of experience working with persons with major mental illness preferred
