Key Responsibilities- Document and reassess patient conditions in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Employ effective communication and interviewing techniques to address patient needs and concerns.
- Prioritize and formulate a plan of care based on patient assessment and facility policies.
- Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility preferred.
- Currently licensed to practice by the Texas State Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification and training in appropriate use of CPI Non-violent Crisis Intervention required.
