The primary focus of this position is to conduct fluid inspections and perform essential maintenance tasks. An Automotive Lube Specialist is responsible for changing engine oil, assessing transmission fluid levels, and ensuring all other fluid levels are adequate. This role also involves inspecting various belts and filters, as well as checking air levels and gauges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct tests to verify that systems and components are secure and functioning correctly
- Identify systems or components that may have caused issues
- Test drive vehicles for diagnostic purposes
- Ensure efficiency and precision in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Replace or repair worn components to prevent vehicle breakdowns
- Utilize power tools, machine tools, and standard hand tools for various tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Quick problem identification skills
- Solid understanding of automotive systems
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Proficient reading, computer, and math skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and service procedures
- Comfortable using electronic diagnostic tools
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Basic computer proficiency
