Project Manager Job Description

Dexian DISYS is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project charters, project schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring team members have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including status updates, progress reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans.
  • Ensure project deliverables are met, including developing and implementing quality assurance plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Develop and implement project communication plans, including status updates, progress reports, and issue notifications.
  • Ensure project financials are managed, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and implement project closure plans, including lessons learned, project evaluation, and project documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in a similar industry or field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, Trello, and Jira.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to ensure project deliverables are met and quality standards are maintained.
