Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager at Ace InfoTech LLC, you will be responsible for leading IT project management initiatives that drive business growth and success. With a strong background in project management and a passion for Agile methodologies, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and PMI standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale software development projects, leveraging Agile methodologies and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including Legislative Budget Requests, Statements of Work, and Operational Work Plans.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and Joint Application Design sessions to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to PMI standards and State Purchasing rules.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience, with a focus on software development programs.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform, and PMI standards.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools, including MS SharePoint and Solution Definition Frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Program Management Professional (PgMp) certification.
  • Experience with cloud solution development and low/no-code platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive project success.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5 years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, or management information systems.
