The Warehouse Operations Associate is integral to the effective management of inventory, ensuring that equipment and materials are handled, stored, and prepared efficiently. This role emphasizes delivering outstanding service to both internal teams and external clients, while maintaining a seamless flow of goods throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate forklifts and various equipment for material handling
  • Receive, inspect, and stock items in accordance with established protocols
  • Oversee inventory management and perform regular cycle counts
  • Process Will Calls efficiently
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation
  • Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and dress code
  • Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and ensure proper upkeep of equipment
  • Assist customers and customer service representatives as needed
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Nature & Scope of the Role:
  • Possess a solid understanding of job functions
  • Work under direct supervision with defined tasks
  • Encounter routine challenges that require standard solutions
  • Provide insights related to job-specific practices
Knowledge & Skills Required:

Experience & Educational Background:
  • Preferred experience of over 1 year operating industrial forklifts
  • Minimum of 1 year in a warehouse setting
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Capable of fulfilling job responsibilities with or without accommodations
Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.
