POSITION SUMMARY
This role involves handling incoming communications for the designated office; directs inquiries and issues related to offenders, their families, and the general public to the appropriate personnel. Prepares and drafts correspondence, memos, forms, meeting agendas, reports, and other documents utilizing various software applications. Maintains and updates data logs in specified software systems and generates statistical reports as needed. Organizes and coordinates meetings as requested; arranges travel logistics for staff as necessary. Engages with offenders, visitors, and other individuals who may present challenging behaviors or be under the influence of substances.REQUIRED APPLICATION MATERIALS –
