We are seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator / RN (Registered Nurse) to join our team at Terrace Health and Rehab, a leading provider of skilled nursing care in Gainesville, FL.
About the Job
The MDS Coordinator / RN will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. This position requires a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the care of residents, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest quality of care possible.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' medical and psychological needs.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families.
Requirements
- A valid Florida RN (Registered Nurse) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least two years of experience as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility.
- A minimum of a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $ $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
