Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and validate all incoming warranty claims from clients.
  • Document and monitor warranty issues and their resolutions.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of warranty-related work with the planning team.
  • Organize and oversee asbestos and lead testing and remediation for clients.
  • Communicate any changes regarding asbestos and lead remediation costs to relevant parties.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by management.

Required Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in essential software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Educational Background: A 2-year technical degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of applicable experience, particularly in customer service.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of construction processes is advantageous.
  • Skill Set: Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
