Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Orthopedics to join our team. In this role, you'll provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and develop individualized plans of care. You'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and promote patient safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team
  • Assess patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, including their values, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population-specific needs
  • Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Participate in professional development and education
Requirements:
  • Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing
  • No experience required
  • RN licensure
Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Ortho experience
