Key Responsibilities
Culinary Specialist
- Meal Preparation: Create and cook meals in accordance with established menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines, including various cooking methods such as baking, frying, and grilling.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all cooking equipment is properly cared for and work surfaces are sanitized to meet health standards.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor ingredient and supply levels, placing orders as needed to keep the kitchen adequately stocked.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with management to design and update menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food served is of high quality, visually appealing, and cooked to the appropriate temperature.
- Waste Reduction: Manage portion sizes effectively and creatively repurpose leftovers to minimize food waste.
- Safe Transportation: Ensure timely and safe transport of children to designated locations.
- Vehicle Care: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the vehicle to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
- Route Optimization: Plan efficient routes to guarantee timely arrivals while conserving fuel.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of transportation activities, including mileage and any incidents.

Qualifications
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift Details: 8-hour shifts
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year in a culinary or related field (preferred)
