Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team at the YMCA of Metro Atlanta. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of our campers and staff to and from day camp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport campers and staff to and from day camp in a safe and timely manner
  • Ensure all necessary safety protocols are followed, including COVID-19 safety procedures
  • Teach basic skills of courtesy and safe driving to campers
  • Follow all traffic regulations and guidelines
  • Perform daily program tasks related to the position's scope and responsibility
Requirements
  • High School Diploma completed
  • 1-2 years' experience working with children in a structured setting
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screening check
  • Ability to pass a Motor Vehicles Record Check and have own transportation
