The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising activities and events in a specific program area, while promoting the safety and well-being of our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative programs that meet the diverse interests and needs of our members, their parents, and the community.
  • Interface with volunteers and staff to ensure proper application and execution of programs.
  • Provide guidance and role modeling to members, promoting positive behavior and social-emotional development.
  • Maintain accurate program attendance records, progress in curriculum, and any member conduct or other issues.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with members, parents, staff, and volunteers through effective communication.
  • Ensure the Club space is properly maintained, organized, clean, and safe.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 18 years of age; High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working directly with school-aged youth and knowledge of youth development.
  • Knowledge of program planning, implementation, and assessment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet research.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with youth, parents, staff, and volunteers.
  • Experience in tutoring and mentoring children or youth.
  • Work ethic to be responsible, accountable, and provide follow-up.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and bending. The ability to adapt to changes and prioritize tasks is essential.
