Job Overview:

The Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role in managing recruitment activities and building relationships with candidates, providing a first impression of our organizational culture and values.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews with speed, attention to detail, and efficiency.
  • Arrange travel accommodations for candidates.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status.
  • Participate in recruiting events when needed.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  • Process candidate reimbursement requests and recruitment-related expense invoices.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role or similar.
  • Experience creating and sustaining productive relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • A basic knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Prior recruitment firm or agency experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
